Drumstick soup

Ingredients

🍃Drumstick - 5-6 pcs, cut into long pieces sliced in half

🍃Ghee - 1 tsp

🍃Shallots / Onion - 1/4 cup chopped finely

🍃Garlic - 2 cloves

🍃Cumin Powder - 1 tsp

🍃Pepper powder to taste

🍃Rock Salt to taste

🍃Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp finely chopped

Preparation

🌿Peel the drumsticks, Put them in a saucepan, cover with water. Cook till the drumstick is done.

🌿Cool it down

🌿Heat ghee in a pot. Add onions and garlic and saute for a min.

🌿Add cooked drumsticks

🌿Take it in a blender and puree it

🌿Add cumin powder, salt and pepper.

🌿Bring it to a boil.

🌿Simmer for 5 mins.

🌿Add coriander leaves and mix well.

🌿Garnish with roasted melon and sesame seeds
