Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy flesh of tender coconut

  • water

  • 10 curry leaves

  • Ginger

  • Rock salt

  • Cumin powder

  • Green chillies

  • lemon juice.

Preparation

🍃Take 1/2 cup creamy flesh of tender coconut 🥥 and blend with some water to get a thick coconut cream.

🍃 Add 10 curry leaves 🌿, Ginger, Rock salt, Cumin powder, Green chillies and lemon 🍋 juice.

🍃Blend all the ingredients to desired consistency

🍃You can use coconut milk/ almond milk as well in place of coconut cream

🍃You can keep it in your fridge for about 3-4 days.
