About the Recipe

Ginger - Ginger has potential for treating a number of ailments including degenerative disorders (arthritis and rheumatism), digestive health (indigestion, constipation and ulcer), cardiovascular disorders (atherosclerosis and hypertension), diabetes mellitus, and cancer. It also has anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory properties to help control the process of aging. Its additional antimicrobial potential can aid in treating infectious diseases as well.
Cashew- Cashews are low in sugar and rich in fiber, heart-healthy fats, plant protein and rich in antioxidants such as polyphenols. They're also a good source of copper, magnesium, and manganese , these nutrients are essential for energy production, brain health, immunity, and bone health.

Ingredients

  • 350 ml Cashew milk

  • 2 Tbsp peeled cashews

  • 2 Tsp grated ginger

  • ¼ Tsp ground nutmeg

  • 1 Handful of any greens of your choice

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till creamy and smooth
