Ingredients
1 heaped cup mixed raspberries & cherries
1 small beet, peeled and chopped
½ ripe banana
1-2 pitted dates
1 tbsp soaked chia seeds
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
2 teaspoons almond butter
½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
150 ml Almond milk
Preparation
In a blender, combine the mixture of berries & cherries, chopped beet, banana, date, cacao powder, almond butter, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
Blend the mixture on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass with soaked chia seeds and garnish with shaved bits of almond butter and a dusting of cacao powder.
