COCONUT CHAAS

About the Recipe

Coconut is rich in fiber and good fats such as MCTs which offers a number of health benefits, including improved heart health, weight loss, and digestion.
Also raw coconut is packed with multiple minerals such as copper, selenium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, and zinc.

This recipe is a rare combination of spices and fresh Coconut milk, a pleasing and perfect cooling drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups coconut milk

  • 1 Cup water

  • 1/4 Cup mint leaves

  • 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice

  • 1 Tsp. rock salt

  • 1 Tsp. roasted cumin powder (bhuna jeera powder)

Preparation

  1. Add everything except roasted cumin powder into a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Add the roasted cumin powder from the top. Stir well

  3. Let it cool in the refrigerator for a while and serve
