Fresh methi greens
Rock salt
Chilly powder,
Turmeric
Cumin powder
Sesame seeds
Ajwain
Curd
Preparation
🍂Take good amount of fresh methi greens. Fine chop the leaves
🍂Add rock salt, chilly powder, turmeric, cumin powder, sesame seeds, ajwain
Mix them well!
🍂Add Jowar flour. Mix it.
🍂Add curd to knead the dough
🍂Keep it for 10-15min. All set to make awesome gluten free parathas!!
