Dr. Ashwani Garg transitioned from clinical practice to healthcare innovation driven by his dream of making a broader impact on healthcare. He was troubled by how conventional medicine often merely alleviates symptoms rather than treating diseases, prompting him to seek sustainable solutions to the current healthcare crisis.

Nutrition, a critical component of health, is frequently neglected. Good nutrition and a healthy environment are essential for the body's health, as over 90% of body cells are replaced annually with building blocks derived from these sources. Without proper nutrition, sickness and disease ensue. To promote natural healing, Dr. Ashwani founded the Functional Medicine Clinic.

As the visionary Co-Founder of the distinguished Functional Medicine Clinic, Dr. Ashwani has established a beacon of Functional Medical expertise, providing cutting-edge services and innovative treatments to his valued patients through comprehensive and personalized care. Dr. Ruhi Agarwala is a passionate advocate for early breast cancer detection. Having witnessed, alarming rates of breast lumps in young women, she was determined to create awareness among women to help address the root causes of hormonal imbalance.

Moreover, frustrated by the conventional approach to chronic diseases—treating symptoms rather than addressing underlying causes—Dr Ruhi Agarwala embarked on a mission to find better solutions. This journey led to the creation of the Functional Medicine Clinic, where her mission is to reverse chronic conditions by tackling their root causes.

Through her expertise, Dr. Ruhi has empowered many women battling PCOS, thyroid disorders, autoimmunity and infertility to regain their health and vibrancy.

Her holistic approach focuses on restoring vitality and well-being, equipping individuals with knowledge, and guiding them in implementing sustainable Functional Medicine strategies.

Dr. Ruhi is also the Co-founder of the esteemed Indian Association of Functional Medicine (IAFM), a leading society for Functional Medicine Practitioners in India.
